Pivate investigator Gary Miles has been in the business for over 30 years and has handled all forms of investigations from frauds, arson investigations, divorce, and suicides. He has also been interviewed by many media operations including the New York Times, The Washington Post, The Ottawa Citizen, The Ottawa Sun and The Globe and Mail, and has also shared his talents on television with the CBC, CJOH, The Fox Network, and T.L.C. He has made several appearances on the Court Television Network for their program "The System".

Gary Miles has also taught at Algonquin College in Ottawa, and was the Master Instructor at Premier Security Academy. He is the author of two books, "Shoplifting...the funnier side," and "Private Investigation...the funnier side." He is also a multi-award recipient for his investigating techniques.
